The Florence Old Town Market 2009 season starts on Memorial Day Weekend The 23rd and 24th of May and runs every Saturday and Sunday through the end of October. The Florence Old Town Market has expanded to Saturday and Sunday. Download the guidelines, application and waiver here.
Hours of operation: Saturday 10 am to 6 pm / Check in by 8 am Sunday 11 am to 5 pm / Check in by 9 am
Membership Fee: $10
Space prices per day: Standard 10x10 space: $25Corner 10x10 Space: $30
Reserve Spaces: Yearly 10x10 Space Reserve Fee (optional): $100
Same prices this year for booth fees $25 standard, $30 corner. There are plenty of booth spaces, so come one, come all. You can also do double and triple booth spaces if you need more room. The yearly membership is $10. 10x10 booth $25/standard $30/corner. Check in is by 8:00am on Saturday, by 9:00am on Sunday. Food vendors check in by 6:30am if you have to load a trailer onto the grass. Food vendors $30.
Florence Old Town Market Reserve Spaces are available to reserve for this years season. We are running every Saturday and Sunday starting on Memorial Day Weekend in May, and continuing through the end of October for the 2009 season. To reserve the same space for the season. Reserve Fee is $100 plus $10 membership fee. Boardwalk spaces are going fast so don't wait to long.
$10 Market membership includes discounts at local restaurants. 25% off at Mo's and 20% at ICM. We have 24 hour security so you can leave your booth set up Saturday night. You just need to remove your product. The Florence Old Town Market is not responsible for booths or items left in booths.
We have also arranged so vendors can camp in the group camp area for $10 a tent per night at the port of Siuslaw RV park which is within walking distance of the market. The rates are on the website.
All Vendors, please pick up your envelope from Susan at the information booth before you load in. The market runs from 10am to 6pm load out at 6:00pm every Saturday and 11am to 5pm every Sunday. Load out at 5:00pm. Please stay until 5:00pm. If you do not feel well, or have a scheduling issue please talk with Susan before packing up early. Florence Old Town Market Members also receive a 25% discount on food at Mo's Restaurant. Come and get a gift certificate from the info booth, this will show you are a market member. We also receive a 20% discount at ICM.
